Group Fitness Classes

The Group Training classes at Lions Den SMP are designed to help improve all aspects of health and fitness and will touch on various methodologies in 4 - 6 week micro cycles. We are looking to progress our members in each cycle with the goal of overall preparation in life; whether you participate in ball or endurance sports, hiking, skiing, or just daily activities.  We will improve your performance and get you feeling good day in and day out. 

The foundation of our approach is built around movement understanding and competency (which we work on with every member). Then we use a variety of free weight tools: barbells, kettlebells, steel maces, clubs, slam balls, battle ropes, and more to test and improve those skills in challenging and fun workouts. 

Group Training Class Schedule:

  • Monday: 6am, 12pm, 6pm

  • Tuesday: 12pm

  • Wednesday: 6am, 12pm, 6pm

  • Thursday: 12pm

  • Friday: 6am, 12pm, 5pm

  • Saturday: 11am

Movement Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 6am

  • Thursday: 6am

  • Friday 6:15pm

Mobility Class Schedule:

  • Monday: 7pm

  • Wednesday: 7pm

Cardio HIIT Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 6pm
