On-Boarding

At the Lions Den, we prioritize strong movement and stabilized positions.  We start with an on-boarding process to guide and help remind you of many of the things you will learn and come to master here. On-boarding allows the trainers to assess the members’ capabilities and knowledge prior to them jumping into a group fitness class. This assessment helps to mitigate injury and provides a set of tools for members to understand and utilize. The best thing about these tools is that they translate to all aspects of life. The goal being that as you gain a greater understanding of the rules you will start to see how they pop up on a daily basis.
