At Lions Den SMP, our trainers will help our members learn and build a life of good health and well-being.  We teach and foster training methods and lifestyles that will optimize performance and overall health inside and outside of the gym.  Our training methods promote feeling good day in and day out, limiting injury and mitigating chronic pain.  Starting with an onboarding process, we offer one-on-one personal training as well as small group personal training sessions. Our group fitness classes offer the chance to work with our trainers in a fun and collaborative environment.  We offer multiple classes per day; each challenging you to give your best.  Our classes are based on several methods including: Strength, Endurance, Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Mobility.
