Sunnee Hoppe is in the process of becoming an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and is The Ready State certified Movement & Mobility Specialists Level 1. She holds 10 additional fitness certifications across TRX, kickboxing, cycling, sports training and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Growing up playing competitive sports, Sunnee has been active her entire life, and transitioned into a professional fitness career over 17-years ago as a group fitness coach; she currently specializes in speed & agility training, HIIT, plyometric (jump) training, sports conditioning, cycling and functional training. Her strength and passion stems from connecting with individuals to find their true motivation, and coaching them to achieve their personal best (whatever that means for them!).

A self proclaimed spaz and goof ball, she believes exercise should be both effective and fun - life can be hard enough, so she strives to make her clients and students time training the highlight of their don't be alarmed if you see her dancing, singing, or cracking a joke to help channel that positive energy. Her philosophy is that people work harder when they are enjoying themselves, so she strives to create an environment that’s non-intimidating, accessible, motivational and fun for all. Don't be fooled by her "sunnee" disposition though, as the #1 feedback she receives from her students and clients is "I never thought I could work that hard!" and the results ALWAYS follow. When not in the gym, Sunnee splits her time between volleyball, mountaineering and road cycling, traveling the world to backpack across Nepal, Patagonia, Kilimanjaro and most recently competed in an 8-day road cycling race across New Zealand.
