We at Lions Den welcome everyone, regardless of what level you are starting at. The Group Training classes are designed to help improve all aspects of health and fitness and will touch on various methodologies. We are looking to progress our members with the goal of overall preparation in life; whether you participate in ball or endurance sports, hiking, skiing, or just daily activities. 

Our classes touch on several aspects of health and fitness including: Strength, Endurance, Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Mobility. We will improve your performance and get you feeling good day in and day out. 

The foundation of our approach is built around movement understanding and competency (which we work on with every member). Then we use a variety of free weight tools: barbells, kettlebells, steel maces, clubs, slam balls, battle ropes, and more to test and improve those skills in challenging and fun workouts.
