Kim

Kim Galbreath is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, The Ready State 101 certified Movement & Mobility Specialist, a certified Weight Loss Specialist and boxing coach.

Kim grew up in Morris, Illinois and excelled at the creative performing arts during her younger years.  She received her Bachelors in Music Education and Vocal Performance from Northern Illinois University and proceeded to teach grades K-12 music and theatre for a decade.  In 2012, Kim moved to Denver, Colorado, and sparked her journey to fitness and weight loss.

After completing her 160 pound weight loss journey, Kim had totally changed her life and goals. She became a competitive amateur boxer and competed in the 2016 Golden Gloves State Tournament. In 2017, she completed her internship in personal training and became a certified personal trainer.  Kim has a strong passion for running, obstacle course racing, boxing and functional lifting.

While Kim loves working with all types of clients, she thrives best with anyone looking to make real and consistent changes.  Her own journey and continued success of extreme weight loss, shows she understands the motivation and drive necessary to create real change.  With a strong focus on form, mobility, proprioception and mental wellness, she will help you reach any goal that you set.
