Our Vision is to be a thriving community of athletes of all ages constantly working to better ourselves and each other. Lions Den SMP is the place to learn, build, and foster a life of health, well-being, and performance.  It is not just a place to go workout. People come because they truly care about bettering themselves and know that we truly care about helping them achieve that. Lions Den SMP runs movement-based strength and conditioning classes and training sessions for young and old athletes alike. We work to restore older athlete’s ability to move, get stronger and feel better. We work to ensure young athletes never incur some of the pitfalls many older athletes have experienced.

At Lions Den SMP our goal is to provide an environment that is built on the following Values:

L - Learn

We practice form and position focused training so members can learn about optimal bio-mechanics and the importance of movement-based strength training and conditioning to perform at their highest potential regardless of sport.

Feel good day in and day out and mitigate chance of preventable injury or chronic pain.

I - Integrate

We support and reinforce the many aspects of a healthy and active lifestyle.

Being healthy and feeling good is not only about a good workout - sleep, hydration, nutrition, and many more factors play huge roles in our health, happiness, and well-being.

We aim to integrate these aspects into everyday life.

We build and foster a community of dedicated individuals where friendship, support, and fun are of the highest value and everyone is welcome.

O - Optimize

We provide challenging workouts and offer programs to optimize results, whether the goals are sport performance, strength, endurance, mobility, or just overall health and longevity.

N - Nurture

We understand movement dysfunction begins to develop at a young age and we can strengthen our community by teaching kids and young adults the basics of quality human movement.

We strive to reach out to our community to teach and give people the tools to keep themselves moving at full capacity to nurture a lifetime of well-being.
