Reagan

Reagan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a TRS Movement & Mobility Specialist, and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Reagan is open to work with individuals of all levels especially people who are new to the gym and the fitness world as her coaching blends science-backed strategy with deeply personalized support. Reagan programs and teaches with emphasis on solid foundations, building strength, and longevity of movement.

Originally from Colorado, her love for movement began at a young age through competitive horseback riding, cross country running, and lacrosse. That athletic foundation led her to pursue a degree in Public Health from Montana State University, where she lived for over a decade and further deepened her commitment to outdoor movement, wellness, and performance. Her background has also inspired her to pursue specializations in youth strength and conditioning and cycle-based training for women.

Outside the gym, you can find her fly fishing, skiing, or cheering on her two great sports loves: the Colorado Avalanche and Texas Longhorns. She’s passionate about helping people unlock their full potential through movement, mindset, and lifelong strength.
