MOMENTUM

A women's small group training program built around full body strength and mobility, so you can do more of what you love, pain-free.

Whether you're coming back from an injury, starting fresh, or just tired of feeling restricted in your own body, this program meets you where you are. Momentum is a women's small group experience at Lions Den Strength Mobility Performance designed to build real strength, improve mobility, and give you the physical confidence to move without limits.

Led by coaches Kim, Jen, and Kendyl, every session is intentional, supportive, and capped at 6 particpants.

WHAT YOU'LL TRAIN

  • Full body strength to build a foundation that lasts

  • Mobility work targeted at the areas women need most

  • Movement patterns that carry into everyday life

  • A training environment where you feel supported and challenged

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Women's small group training (MAX 6 per session)

  • Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 6:00 AM

  • Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM

  • Unlimited, 3x/week, 2x/week, and drop-in options available

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

  • Unlimited: $319/month

  • 3x/week: $299/month

  • 2x/week: $225/month

  • Drop In: $40/session

The Ready State 101 certified Movement & Mobility Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, a certified Weight Loss Specialist and boxing coach

Jennifer Zimmer

The Ready State 101 certified Movement & Mobility Specialist, Precision Nutrition Certified (PNL1), Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from Metropolitan State University.
