Kendyl is an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer; she is also working toward becoming a Certified Movement & Mobility Specialist through The Ready State.
Kendyl believes the gym should feel empowering, not intimidating. After spending the last decade on her own fitness journey - including weight loss, navigating weight regain, and building sustainable habits - she understands firsthand that as humans, our growth and progress is not always linear. Her approach focuses on creating routines that last, fostering a supportive, judgment-free environment, and helping clients learn proper movement technique, build strength, and feel confident showing up exactly as they are, no matter where they are in their journey.
Kendyl is passionate about helping you discover that there is more to fitness than just lifting heavier or changing how you look; her goal is to help you build longevity, confidence, and grit through your workouts that extend far beyond the gym. Whether you're brand new to strength training or simply looking for a fresh start, she strives to make the gym a place where you feel capable, encouraged, and proud of what your body can do.
Born and raised in Colorado, Kendyl gained a love and appreciation for movement and the outdoors at a very young age - outside of the weight room, you can find her hiking, running, stargazing, playing tennis, or trying to make it to all 63 U.S. National Parks.
