Whether you're a weekend player or a serious competitor, the way you move off the course directly impacts how you perform on it. This small-group training program bridges the gap between the gym and the golf course, giving you the physical foundation to drive further, move better, and stay injury-free.

Led by Coach Justin Marini at Lions Den Strength Mobility Performance, this program is built around the fundamentals that matter most for golfers: strength, mobility, and sport-specific movement.

WHAT YOU'LL TRAIN

  • Foundational strength to build real athletic capacity

  • Mobility work targeted at the demands of the golf swing

  • A training approach that carries directly to the course


PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Runs May 19th - July 9th

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM

  • 8 weeks in length

  • LIMITED TO 5 PARTICIPANTS

  • $800 for 2x/week or $400 for 1x/week ($50 per session) - Can be prorated if missing multiple sessions
